RT performance operates out of a fully equipped body shop which includes a state of the art spraying oven. We are able to undertake all kinds of spraying jobs and bodywork repairs from scratch repairs and partial re-sprays, to full re-sprays and complete restorations. In addition to ordinary car respray jobs, we often do custom spraying with two-tone, candy, flip or chrome paints as part of our customization aspect of business.

We take great care when working on your vehicle, ensuring no detail is too little and every stage of the repair process is quality controlled and double checked to ensure the result surpasses the expectations of our customers. PANEL RE-SPRAYS

Whether it’s a deep scratch, dent or stone chip damage RT Performance specialists can skilfully rectify any imperfection and perform a quality re-spray to the repaired panel. We pride ourselves on our ability to colour-match precisely and deliver a dust-free, factory-like finish every time.

When a panel is being re-sprayed, all trims and other (even same colour) parts on this panel are removed and never masked-up! Although this technique incurs more work on our part it delivers a much more professional finish to the repair.

FULL RE-SPRAYS

Car re-sprays are a perfect way to restore the condition of your vehicle’s body panels and to refresh the vehicle’s overall appearance.

There are two options available for full re-sprays:
– Windows-in technique, which is mainly used for basic, same colour re-sprays.
– Full strip, windows-out option, mainly for when a colour change is required.

It should be noted that the RT-Performance spraying process for any level of re-spray always involves removal of trims and other parts.

Whether it’s full or partial re-spray, RT-Performance specialists repair any damage or imperfections to the body panels before commencing the priming, spraying and lacquering stages.

Upon completion of a spray job, the vehicle will be polished and waxed to achieve that “new car” look.

Technical bit about RT’s repair process

Initial stage of the repair process includes conducting an evaluation of damage and extent of preparation work needed;

– Then a vehicle gets disassembled to a needed degree, thus assisting with access and protection during the repair process.
– Our experienced specialist panel-beaters and welders replace or restore any damaged panels and prepare them for priming.
– Once primed, the panels get carefully prepared for the refinishing stage.

Spraying and lacquering is done in our state of the art spraying oven, using the best products on the market. Paint is matched to vehicle’s colour and tested prior to application.

All completed vehicles are cleaned thoroughly after assembly and are subject to our strict quality control.

Cost of Resprays

Every spray job is different in scale, requirements and complexity. We therefore need to carefully assess all aspects to establish car respray cost. When producing estimates it helps seeing images of your car but for any quotations we would need to physically inspect every vehicle in question.
